What are the dates of applicable Canadian Statutory Holidays in 2017?
During 2017 we are closed on the following days due to Holidays. Any tickets generated on these days will be replied to as soon as possible once we resume operations on the following business day.

If I have an emergency outside of business hours can I contact InterFulfillment? We have staff on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Even if your dedicated account manager is not available our experienced staff will make resolving your emergency a priority.
Do you have Insurance Coverage? Your inventory is fully covered by our insurance at its purchase value once it is received at our warehouse; individual shipments are insured against loss or in-transit damage for up to $100 by carriers. Additional insurance can be purchased if required.
Where are your warehouses located? Our secure and climate-controlled warehousing facilities are located in Toronto, ON, in close proximity to the major Canadian population center of Ontario, and to the entire North-eastern United States.
What is the fastest way to speak with an InterFulfillment representative? To get an instant response, call us between the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (EST), Monday to Friday at 1-888-985-3455. An account manager will be able to answer all your questions immediately. You can also contact us by email or phone at all times.
How do you ensure the security of customer information? All customer and merchant information is kept private using advanced, state-of-the-art security to protect your data, as well as redundant internet connections, backup power systems and more.
Can you integrate with my existing Shopping Cart solution? InterFulfillment is already integrated with a variety of shopping carts and will work to integrate with new ones at your request.
What is your error rate? InterFulfillment’s exceptionally low human error rate is 2 out of 10,000 orders.
Do you offer free software upgrades? Basic software upgrades are included at no cost.
Will I have an Account Manager? An order fulfillment expert will be assigned to your account and available to assist you with any questions you may have.
Do you offer real-time inventory and order access? With cloud management technology, we can provide access to all information regarding your inventory at all times. You can also set minimum and maximum inventory control notifications, letting you know the moment a particular item(s) goes below or over sales forecasts.
How can I integrate multiple locations and/or call centers into your system? Our web-based control panel can be accessed at any time, from anywhere, by anyone with the proper credentials.
Do my employees need to be trained to work with a third party order fulfillment company? Our control panel is intuitive and easy to use. No particular training is required, beyond an understanding of shipping and basic computer knowledge.
Can you help with brokerage and customs? Our experienced team of logistics specialists would be happy to help you with customs clearance.
Do you require a long-term commitment? Clients are not required to sign any long-term contracts and are free to leave at any time, with no penalties.
Can you develop custom packing materials for my company? We do not develop custom packaging ourselves, but we can refer you to trusted designers, graphics artists and printers.
Do you offer kitting services? Light assembly, and the grouping of several items under a single SKU can be arranged; specific requirements and costs will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Payment and fees
How can I pay? We accept all major credit cards. Pre-paid accounts are billed every Friday.
What are your rates and fees? We have a low-cost fee structure with minimal recurring monthly fees, set-up fees per SKU and storage fees.
Is there anywhere that you cannot ship to? InterFulfillment offers worldwide shipping services.
What type of delivery options does InterFulfillment offer? If the service is offered by our carrier companies, we can provide overnight, standard, express and more. Additional fees may be required for services, such as C.O.D. and Saturday Delivery.
Which shipping company does the fulfillment center use? InterFulfillment has partnered with most major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, Canada Post and the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Do you require minimum shipping volumes? InterFulfillment does not have a minimum shipping volume so we can help save you time and money whether you’re shipping low or high volumes.
What type of items do you ship? We can ship almost any product from any industry, provided it is not on our restricted items list.
Can you help arrange inventory delivery to your warehouse? Sellers are responsible for the costs and logistics involved in shipping their products to our warehouses. We can offer assistance with customs clearance if required.
Do you handle backorders and partial shipments? We do not handle backorders, but will take care of partial shipments as needed.
Do you offer a shipping guarantee? All orders received before noon are guaranteed to ship on the same day and if any errors are made, they will be corrected at our expense.
Do you offer long-term storage solutions? At this time, we can only offer storage for all active and current inventories.
